While the ACM Awards on Wednesday night were certainly filled with powerful and even some tear-jerking performances, it’s safe to say Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s romantic rendition of their song, “Happy Anywhere” was the most adorable. While the pair didn’t perform live in Tennessee like many other acts, they made the best of their situation by appearing in front of a green screen that transported them to the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. Shelton and Stefani, who have been together for more than five years, looked so in love as they sang their new duet in beautiful harmony. Though the couple released “Happy Anywhere” back in July, tonight marked their first time singing the upbeat track live. Ahead, watch their sweet performance.

RHOBH: The All in by Teddi scam by Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and her All in by Teddi diet scam is more like an abusive relationship via text with a stranger that yells at you about carbs.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has always been transparent about her weight loss journey. She says her program, All in by Teddi, an accountability diet program was a major source of help for her while losing weight. The program’s retreat was filming for this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the four-day event cost about $3,899.00 per person.
But now some former members of the programs are speaking out anonymously about the bullying, extreme dieting, and extreme expense of the program. Emily Gellis Lande on Instagram has been documenting stories from those who did the program at one point. Of course, due to the NDA, these cannot be verified. But the sheer amount of people reporting the same atrocious behavior across the board with Teddi and her coaches simply cannot be ignored.
The members sign an NDA when signing up for All in by Teddi, which is incredibly suspicious. Those who have spoken out have shared screenshots of their “mentors” or “coaches” calling them disgusting for eating a meal with carbs or for skipping cardio for the day. So accountability = bullying, I guess. What would be so secretive about a diet that you need to sign a nondisclosure agreement?
The program allegedly allows for about 600-1000 calories a day to be consumed, and photos of every meal must be sent in. Proof of your 60-minute cardio sessions must be sent, too. If you don’t comply, you get kicked out of the program without any sort of refund. The pricing we’ve seen is somewhere around $700 to start and $150 a week after that.
Teddi has no real training to be telling people to starve herself, and she surely has some disordered eating habits along with her lack of training. One person got dropped from the program for eating a burger without a bun on a first date, which Teddi deemed as abandoning the program for a guy. They were dropped that day.
There seem to be no nutritionists or dietitians around, no doctors to ask for help, and no one with any real education on the subject helping the clients. Just some extreme caloric restrictions and a system of “coaching” that seems easy to abuse. It certainly seems like a dangerous way to create unhealthy eating habits, if you get nothing else from it. I can bully myself into not eating more than 1000 calories a day, thank you very much!
Teddi addressed the rumors in an Instagram video where she actually addressed nothing. She basically talked about how great she is and how great eating 500 calories a day is for your body. Would a real dietitian please stand up? Didn’t think so.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion part 3 airs Wednesday, September 16.
‘Cake Boss’ Star Buddy Valastro Impales Hand in Bowling Accident
Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro has landed in the hospital after a gory bowling incident. E News reports that the reality star is now recovering from a “terrible” accident that resulted in an impaled hand. Valastro was at home in New Jersey when the injury took place this past Sunday, Sept. 20.
According to the Cake Boss’ rep, Valastro was “spending some quality time” at his home’s bowling alley when everything suddenly went wrong. “There was a malfunction with the bowling pinsetter, a common fix in the past, but turned into a terrible accident,” the rep told E News.
They then went into more detail to describe how it all went down, and the resulting injury sounds pretty painful. “After trying to release the bowling pin from the cage mechanism, his right hand became lodged and compressed inside the unit,” the rep explained. “Unable to remove his hand, he can see a 1-1/2″ metal rod slowly and repeatedly impale his hand three times between his ring finger and middle finger.”
Thankfully, Valastro’s teenage sons, Buddy Jr. and Marco, were around to help. The two came to their dad’s rescue by using a saw to cut through the metal rods and free his injured hand. “It will be an uphill battle as it’s Buddy’s dominant right hand and he will need prolonged recovery and therapy,” Valastro’s rep said.
The reality star shared the news of his accident with his followers on Instagram, posting a photo of himself in a hospital bed earlier today. In the photo, Valastro’s arm is held up and his hand is wrapped in a thick bandage. It seems like he’s staying upbeat after the injury though, and was even able to crack a joke in the caption. “I was involved in a terrible accident a few days ago… 😔 What do you think of my new accessory?” he wrote.
Valastro is known for his role on TLC’s Cake Boss, which first premiered in 2009 and has gone on for 10 seasons, but the pastry chef has also starred in Kitchen Boss, Cooks vs. Cons, Bakers vs. Fakers, Bake It Like Buddy and Unpolished. He’s written multiple cookbooks throughout his career and runs his own bakery, Carlo’s, in Hoboken, New Jersey. We’re wishing him a speedy recovery, and hope he can get back to icing those cakes in no time.

Masked Singer’s First Season 4 Castoff on Being a Victim of His Signature Sound (and What Doritos and Game of Thrones Have to Do With It)
Warning: This post contains spoilers for The Masked Singer‘s Season 4 premiere.
We doubt much Courvoisier was getting passed around Dragon’s home Wednesday night as the results of The Masked Singer‘s premiere episode were made known: The fiery beast was the first Season 4 performer to get unmasked, and when that happened, he was revealed to be rapper Busta Rhymes. (Read a full recap here.)
TVLine chatted with Rhymes Wednesday about his brief time on Fox’s singing competition; his upcoming album, Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God; and — because when’s the next time we’re going to get to talk to the “Break Ya Neck” artist? — shooting his super memorable Super Bowl commercial with Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage.
TVLINE | It’s a bummer you got voted off early. Had you given thought to what your strategy would be — songs you’d choose, how you’d act onstage — if you’d made it farther in the season?
The only strategy for me is just to do what I love, not only performance-wise but song-wise. Outside of that, there really ain’t no other strategy. You obviously always want to win. [Laughs] But win in the way that you’re going to enjoy it. And have fun. And that’s the strategy always for me…
Everything about that show was fun, and I think that’s important, especially in these times with all the madness going on. The fun, the peace of mind, the happiness that people have grown to love and are used to has been taken away from us. We’ve still got to remember that it’s important to keep that balance of being able to live life to the fullest and enjoy life and never let anyone take that from you.
TVLINE | You did not leave because you weren’t good or because the judges didn’t enjoy your performance. You left because you have one of those voices that’s instantly recognizable — which is normally a great thing for a singer. Unfortunately, it did not serve you well here.
[Laughs] I ain’t gonna lie: You’re right, though. I tried to disguise it by making it deeper, and I tried to actually tone down the energy of my performance so it wouldn’t look like the traditional, impactful energy that I give because that would’ve made it all the more obvious. I guess the costume, being a dragon and people knowing that Busta Rhymes represents the dragon, and the signature sound of my voice. I don’t know if that was the best decision to make as far as a costume, to try to disguise that it was me. [Laughs] But I just love being a dragon in everything that I do, so it was more about fun for me than trying to disguise anything.
TVLINE | You have a new album coming out pretty soon. What can you tell us about it?
I have not announced the release date yet, but I am definitely releasing the album on this side of the year… I’m going to be making an announcement probably within the next week, what the release date is going to be. I’ve currently given two offerings from the record, one with me and the Number One dancehall artist from Jamaica Vybz Kartel. The song is called “The Don & The Boss.” I also just recently released, last Friday, a collab with me and the incredible Anderson .Paak called “You.” Both songs have videos… The buzz, the anticipation, the way the dots are connecting, it’s coming together and it’s feeling really good. It’s setting me up to roll out this album in an incredible way.
TVLINE | I know this may seem out of left field, but our readers loved your Doritos/Mountain Dew commercial with Peter Dinklage from Super Bowl 2018. What sticks in your memory about shooting it?
It was me, Peter Dinklage, Morgan Freeman and Missy Elliott. I think that was probably one of the most incredible highlight moments of my career, just being able to collab with such icons as those three individuals. I think the most intriguing part of the whole experience, to me, was watching Peter Dinklage kill my Chris Brown “Look at Me Now” verse so incredibly. I was in disbelief, because I didn’t know that he would be able to nail it the way that he did. But I also grew to learn that he used to rap. So all of that for me was just really fulfilling, because it was a confirmation that he was doing this because he really loves hip-hop, as well. Those guys, Morgan Freeman and Peter Dinklage, it’s not what they do. They’re so iconic in what they do do as actors from television and film that it’s like, the fact that they chose to want to align themselves with hip-hop in the way that they did and be willing to represent hip-hop in the way that they did just meant the world to me. I thank them on infinity levels for being so comfortable in that space and having fun and giving it up for the culture in the way that they did. It was beautiful.
