June ‘Mama June’ Shannon was seen enjoying a day at the beach while sporting a black-and-gray-striped mini dress and a tie-dye face mask despite the bad weather. The 40-year-old took to Instagram to check on her fans and followers to make sure that everyone is ready to deal with the strong winds coming to Florida, referring to the tropical storm, Isaias, that was set to hit the eastern coast on Sunday. She had written, “Good morning it’s calm now b4 the storm if u r in southeast Florida let’s stay safe during this hurricane coming later.”
Mama June clearly did not let the bad weather affect her jovial mood and was seen posing for the camera in the stunning dress that highlighted her curvaceous figure.

She had also been spending a lot of time with her boyfriend, Geno Doak, 44, of late. The two were seen holding hands together ahead of the 4th of July weekend when June had sported a leopard print bikini during their romantic outing. Mama June has had a dramatic weight loss and has been documenting it for quite some time. Her hard work and dedication has totally paid off with her sporting some gorgeous outfits.
In another recent post, Mama June was seen sporting a plunging black jumpsuit wearing a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes in early July. Many of her fans and followers have been commenting on the post, complimenting her.

Mama June along with her boyfriend Geno Doak had wrapped up a 30-day rehab stint with June revealing that she is living the ‘sober life’. The family’s therapist spoke to The Sun and said that a relapse ‘is happening’.
The family’s therapist said, “Relapse is a part of recovery. I do suspect there will be one. They’re a couple of months out and their recovery is still very, very fragile. Relapse is happening, it’s coming. We know that. Three weeks, three months, six months, it’s happening.”
“What I want to see is June build up relapse prevention skills. I want her to have enough good things in her life so when that day comes, she can make an easy decision. I’m not going to do as much because I got a lot of good stuff I don’t want to lose right now.”
“Hopefully she will gain good things for when relapse comes. Hopefully, they are still adherent to treatment,” the therapist added.
