The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons Ever: 3 Juan Pablo Galavis moments we did not see

The Bachelor: Greatest Seasons Ever revisited Season 18 of The Bachelor this week, but left out these 3 moments from Juan Pablo Galavis’ season!

Ah, Juan Pablo Galavis. The single dad, soccer midfielder who stole (and lost) the hearts of America. During his time on Desiree Hartsock’s season, Juan Pablo stole the show despite having very limited airtime. Who can forget his turn as a  Spanish-speaking cowboy on one of the group dates?  As Chris Harrison said on “The Men Tell All” that season, never before has someone gotten so much attention with such little airtime. Juan Pablo’s cheerful demeanor, sexy accent, and unique backstory soon earned him a spot as the lead of Season 18 of The Bachelor.

Juan Pablo Galavis’ season was perhaps one of the most unique of all time. He was the only single dad to ever helm a season, as well as the only non-native English speaker. He was also the only lead to be criticized more than the contestants! Every season has a villain, but season 18 was the only time production turned against a lead halfway through the season, thus turning the lead himself into the villain.

We saw some dramatic moments from season 18 of The Bachelor this week–Juan Pablo and Clare’s connection, Andi’s infamous exit, and the unforgettable “After the Final Rose” appearance by Juan and Nikki. However, there were a few key moments we did not see!

How Passion of the Christ ruined Jim Caviezel’s career

Published

While it’s true that Caviezel hasn’t landed a superhero role or starred in any Oscar-bait movies since 2004, his career is hardly over. In 2006, he starred alongside Denzel Washington in the action blockbuster Deja Vu, and in 2011 he scored the lead role on CBS’ Person of Interest. The series about a supercomputer that can identify people who will be involved in a violent crime before it happens was a hit for the network, and subsequently aired for five seasons.

Since Person of Interest ended, Caviezel has continued to find work in films like 2018’s The Ballad of Lefty Brown starring Bill Pullman and Peter Fonda, and in Infidel, one of the few movies to actually open in theaters in 2020. The actor’s career certainly hasn’t been flashy, but between his TV work and a glut of faith-based films, he still has a fanbase. His celebrity isn’t going to rival Chris Evans’ anytime soon, but for those in the know, Caviezel hasn’t disappeared into the annals of film history just yet.

Jim Carrey’s New Cartoon Exposes Naked Trump and His ‘Little Boy’

Published

By

Jim Carrey thinks President Trump is da bomb, but not in the “exceptionally cool” definition kind of way. No, he likens him to, literally, two of the most deadly bombs history has known.

As the death toll of Americans who have succumbed to COVID-19 rose to over 200,000 on Saturday, Carrey illustrated in his latest artwork what he believes to be the naked truth about the POTUS.

The simplistic pen and ink caricature shows a naked, portly Trump with an arrow pointing to his belly labeled “Fat Man”; a second arrow points to his genitalia with the notation “Little Boy.” The “Fat Man” and “Little Boy” tags refer to the codenames of the two nuclear bombs detonated over Japan in 1945, when 192,020 people were killed by the U.S.

“By New Years Day 2021 more Americans will die from Trump’s negligence than the number of people killed at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. There’s nothing more deadly than an insecure man,” the caption reads. Carrey included the hashtag #BidenHarris in support of the Democratic ticket for president of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

And Carrey will have the opportunity to further stick it to Trump when “Saturday Night Live” returns on Oct. 3, as NBC announced earlier this week that the comic actor has signed on to play Biden in sketches for the show’s upcoming 46th season.

Check out Carrey’s latest in the tweet below.

Watch the Full ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High’ Table Read with Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston & More

Published

As promised last month, a star-studded table read of the classic coming-of-age high school comedy Fast Times at Ridgemont High unfolded this past week to raise funds for CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), a nonprofit charity co-founded by Sean Penn, one of the film’s co-stars. But the cast of the table read didn’t include any other actors from the original movie.

Instead, the Fast Times and Ridgemont High table read (virtually) starred the likes of Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Shia LaBeouf, Henry Golding, John Legend, Ray Liotta, Jimmy Kimmel and Morgan Freeman. Now you can watch the entire table read online for your entertainment, and while everyone has been buzzing about Pitt and Aniston reuniting online, it’s Shia LaBeouf who takes a cue from Sean Penn and steals the show as Jeff Spicoli. Watch below!

Fast Times at Ridgemont High Table Read

Here’s how the all-star cast for the Fast Times at Ridgemont High table read breaks down. Jennifer Aniston played Linda, Brad Pitt was Brad, Julia Roberts was Stacy, Matthew McConaughey was Mike, Dane Cook was Mark (and the table read’s host), Shia LaBeouf was Spicoli, Henry Golding was Mr. Vargas, John Legend was Charles Jefferson and Little Charles Jefferson, Ray Liotta was Mr. Hand and Jimmy Kimmel played some teenage girls and other random parts. Providing all the non-dialogue parts was Morgan Freeman as the narrator.

Other notable appearances included Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti, the film’s director Amy Heckerling, and screenwriter Cameron Crowe. And though Sean Penn also participated in the completely unrehearsed table read, he obviously didn’t reprise his role as the surfer stoner bro Jeff Spicoli. Instead, he only took the minor part of the pizza guy who delivers an order to Spicoli in the middle of class, recreating one of the most famous scenes in the entire movie.

Speaking of famous scenes in the movie, the internet was abuzz with joy after seeing the scene in which Pitt had to pretend to be caught masturbating to Aniston’s character getting out of the pool in a bikini. Aniston clearly played it cool, but Pitt was endearingly embarrassed as it played out. It could just be because there was no rehearsal, but it’s more likely because it’s a bit of an odd scene to play out with your former significant other.

Even though you missed the table read, which raised $50,000 for COVID-19 relief efforts in vulnerable communities, you can still make a donation to CORE for all their efforts right here.
